What kind of properties do you look for?

We focus on properties that are outdated or undervalued relative to their location and structural quality. This often means apartments or small buildings in established city neighbourhoods that have not been renovated in many years — properties with good bones but poor condition.

Can I invest alongside Ca'Sakina on a project?

Yes. We offer a co-investment model where investors partner with us on specific deals. We lead all operations and the investor participates in the return on resale. Terms are agreed on a deal-by-deal basis and are transparent from the start.

What markets do you operate in?

Our primary focus is Milan and the wider Lombardy region. We know these markets well and have the relationships here to source well and execute reliably. We assess opportunities elsewhere on a case-by-case basis.

How do you manage the renovation process?

We manage the renovation end-to-end — architect selection, contractor tendering, site supervision, and quality control. We set a clear budget at the start and report regularly on progress and costs. Investors are kept informed throughout without needing to be involved in day-to-day decisions.

How long does a full project take?

We aim for a short project cycle — typically around 5 to 6 months from acquisition to resale. That said, every project is different: scope, complexity, and market conditions all play a role. We set a realistic timeline at the start of each project and keep investors updated throughout.
